Example of an application
The Power Mux module is configured to switch up to 2 x 5V 2A.
The inputs are set so that they are switched off at +5.4V. (Adjustable overvoltage supervisor)
The configuration on the board corresponds to the "Highest Voltage Operation" page 28 in the TI data sheet.
Ideal for switching two input voltages. The SEL port is set to do this automatically
is switched. If an input voltage > 1.06V is connected to the SEL PIN, the module switches IN2 to OUT.
Other voltage values and combinations are also possible. (2.8V to 22V)
With an input voltage of 3.3V (shutdown occurs at 3.82V), the resistor R1 or R2 must be changed to 13K. ( Item: 002249 )
With an input voltage of 12V (shutdown occurs at 12.95V), the resistor R1 or R2 must be changed to 56k. ( Item: 002226 )
