VFM-Step-Up, 4µA,  200KHz, 3,3V, max. 500mA, SOT89

very low VFM switching DC/DC boost converters fabricated in CMOS technology.
The input voltage is at least 0.8V, and the output voltage can be adjusted from 3V to 6V as required.

Less external components:
Schottky Diode, inductor and capacitor are required; external components are recommended: low DC resistance inductor 20~220μH, tantalum capacitor 47~
200μF, Schottky diode.

3. Low noise and low ripple: Ripple is typically 100mV
