BCD to 7 segment decoder with constant current output stages in I2L technology.
Compatible with TTL, LS-TTL and CMOS.
Constant current can be set externally up to 40mA with a resistor / adjuster (47k). PIN3 (RV).
No resistors required for the 7-segment display, as each output (a ..g) has a constant current sink.
Operating voltage: + 5V to + 5.25V.
